Answer 1 : Generally, we pack our goods in pastic bag, Colour Box or Gift box . We also can use your custom package .

Question 2 : What is your sample policy?
Answer 2 : We can supply the free sample .

Question 3 : What is your terms of delivery?
Answer 3 : EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Question 4 : How long will it take for the bulk order, and which kind of payment do you support?
Answer 4 : Generally, it will take 3-15 days after receiving your deposit payment. We can accept payment by PayPal, bank transfer, west union, and Trade Assurance on Alibaba( you can pay that via Visa or Mastercard ).

Question 5 : Can you produce according to the samples?
Answer 5 : Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Question 6 : Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Answer 6 : Yes, we have 100% test before delivery .

Question 7 : If there is any damages or any defective products when I got the goods, what should I?

Answer 7 : Firstly, Please let us know the quantity of the defective products . We will send the good products in advance or together with the next order .

Question 8 : How do you make our business long-term and good relationship?

Question 9 : If I need some certificates for my own packaging, what should I do?

Answer 9 : Tell us which kind of certificate you need, we will provide those for you or help you get the certificates.

Question 10 : If I want to visit your factory, what I can do?

Answer 10 : Tell us your schedule when you are going to Shenzhen, we will pick you up to our factory.
